We didn't see any staff, the amenities that were suppose to be in the room weren't, the room was cold, and the continental breaskfast bars, myffins, and fruit was on a cart at the exit and again no staff.

The room smelled like mold. There were strange people hanging around the facility. My at was broken into.

The location near the freeway
Although I was fine with the rooms not being cleaned daily, I asked for an extra blanket and was told it'll be an hour before I could get one (never received the extra blanket). I had to take down my used towels and was told it'll take an hour for them to wash them and then I could get more clean towels (only got 2 towels back). The toilet leaked and created a puddle of water on the water. I was on a non smoking floor but clearly smelled marijuana all through the halls and when mentioned to the staff they just said "it happens".
